well theyre hiding the fact that jul mdama has both parts of the janus key so he knows the location of all forerunner technology in the galaxy, oni is hiding this not just from the people but essentially the entire military too which is basically screwing over all of humanity

ONI doesn't even know what the Janus Key is. The only people who know what it's called, or what it does, is Halsey and the Covenant.
