Looking back at what fero said, what could be so important about ONI's cover-ups that they threaten everyone in the galaxy. Also, what are these deep-space anomalies?

ONI doesn't even know what the Janus Key is. The only people who know what it's called, or what it does, is Halsey and the Covenant.
