Belief: Abrahamic monolatrist
I was brought atheist. I started challenging my beliefs (the only good thing that came out of my upbringing was understanding how strong beliefs could be wrong).
Decided to ask a question; I got an answer.
I began spending hours every night reflecting on my beliefs, and started researching religions, their origins and the answers wise men came up for the challenging questions of their time.
It's not a journey I've finished, but it's been an enlightening one so far.

You were brought up atheist? Never heard of that to be honest.

Was brought up by a very angry woman with a lot of weird/awful beliefs. It was a weird mix of her not believing in God and blaming God for the things that went wrong in her life. For me, I didn't believe in God until I was 13. Ish.

Abrahamic tradition refers to all religions/faith that attribute Abraham as playing an important role in their religion. It's just an easy way to put Judaism, Christianity and Islam in one group, speak about their roots, or bring up their common elements. Monolatrism is the belief that many gods exist, but only one is worthy of worship.
