I got all 68 ghost, are there more currently in the game?
Edit: The 1.2 update is live and I found the new ghost, now I have 69

For now, yes.

Yes, 68 total right now (pre House of Wolves). 62 in the base game, and then 6 more from The Dark Below. Note that if you're looking at the grimoire card Dead Ghosts, that count can be off. There is at least one ghost that can be picked up multiple times, and each time you grab it, the count on that card will go up.
