It's 2 crits regardless of roll. 3 to the body.
Unless your trying to snipe across map. Range is good, buts it's no thorn/hm
Slow rate of fire, and slow reload. I like zen moment, and outlaw.
That's my favorite timurs. Got 3. One has 3rd eye, but no reload so it's just okay.

No. Depends on distance. The range fall off for hc's has gotten significant. I've 2 crit shot every guardian on closer quarters map. Including defender Titans, and strikers. Unless you have send it. This gun isn't a sniper. Even thorn and hm have recieved serious range nerfs. Crowd control isn't a useful perk for a gun with this much impact. Crowd control is a mob perk.
