What Gives You A Quicker Sword Swing/Attack
So I used to think that higher strength gave me a quicker sword attack on the Crota raid, also equipping armor that increases melee attack speed. Recently i have been told by people and seen streamers go on about how higher intellect gives you a quicker sword swing. Does anyone know which one it is?
