There are very few off-the-shelf Vendor Weapons that are worth your Marks... some have a bad Elemental Type... some have bad perk sets... some have bad EVERYTHING. There are a couple of notable exceptions: [b]Crucible[/b] - Three Little Words (High Impact archetype Pulse Rifle... two burst kill). [b]Vanguard[/b] - LDR-5001 (unless you already have a good Legendary Arc Sniper). [b]Dead Orbit[/b] - Deviant Gravity-A (solid off-the-shelf PvE Arc MG which is OK for PvP). Just remember: you CAN'T re-forge these later; however, you can ascend them to 365 ATK if you want to. It's up to you Guardian... you [i]may[/i] suffer from buyer's remorse if you spend ALL of your VG/Crucible Marks now... but once these are gone, they're gone.

As far as armor recommendations go pick something that stands out since you'll be able to ascend your gear at some point its best to hold onto something that adds a little variation to your character but that is entirely down to preference a mixture of crucible and vanguard gear for the hunter and titan look amazing so take a look at the perks and stat rolls to see what would compliment your play style. for weapons there are some stand out choices Crucible - three little words, two to the morgue, against all odds and the saterienne rapier (123 syzygy isalso a good choice if you like that style of weapon since you can maxstability) Vanguard - the ldr and secret handshake are your best options badger ccl is incredibly good but the stock perks are trashy so pass on it and if you like fusion rifles go for the plug one.1
