Maybe try contacting Ubisoft. Bungie did not make AC4 so I don't know what you expect from them.

Did Bungie make every game that is discussed in #gaming? No? So why would people talk about them there? Crazy right? #Help is a universal sub forum, like #gaming, and is for all types of discussion (bar Destiny in #gaming that is).

Furthermore, my topic has been resolved and if I had received no viable help, I'd simply change the tag to #gaming.
