Armor across all three characters isn't an issue. Mine is the decorations. I have so many from Day one that I'm filled up on all three characters and only have two free slots in vault. As for weapons I have enough space to move weapons across but when I do move weapons across I will either max the space or be within 2-3 open slots to max. With new ships and shaders, I will struggle with the final slots.
