Buffs needed Realistically. This gun has sniper glint yet it doesn't have a scope. My biggest peeve with this gun. 12 rounds? You only get 3 from a box of primary. It's not even enough ammo for patrol. Chain of woe doesn't effect loading speed. Only reloading the clip. Increased reload speed doesn't effect loading, only reloading the clip. The master is simply crowd control, and nothing else. 15% for 3 seconds.
