I gotta say i feel more hyped than TDB it feels like there is gonna be more to do but really after thinking about it this game is just a loot game. we care more about our gear than what it all means. the story/strikes are gonna be cool the first 4 times but after that what else is there to do? -PoE -ToO -Ascend Gear in reality there is a huge lack of depth in the story spoon feeding the CoD kids is fine but loyal Bungie fans still want a compelling story that ties together. Grimoire: Yes it has amazing connections/backstory, but it desensitizes the player. Starting off with all of these major players dead and reading about their exploits is impersonal and many cant relate. The lack of cutscenes, even retrospective "in the past" fillers really hurt the potential of how amazing this universe could be. (exception of eris breathing some insight into the relationships) but instead we have stuff to focus on like "ghorn elitism" and "nerf this nerf that" I feel that Destiny should have just been a PvP game because the lack of PvE support is dismal.
