I don't doubt it's a great scout rifle, but how many weapons are there in destiny that have hype and meet that hype? Very few: Fatebringer Gjallarhorn VoC Hawkmoon (PvP) Black hammer due to white nail You see many posts about these weapons. Bungie really didn't want to make them obsolete hence the 365 upgrade. Bungie should create more unique perks people will like. Example of bad perk: WoC perk Fang's highlight is cool but not great.
