What you mean exactly? Do you mean have I read books that take place chronologically in the Halo timeline before Halo 4, or do you mean have I read the books that came out before the release of Halo 4? Either way it's a yes. I haven't read every book, and admittedly I don't remember a whole lot but I've read around 8 of the books.
