Timur's Lash is a powerful hand cannon, but it's strengths are countered by some glaring weaknesses. First, it has a slow rate of fire, second, it still takes on average 3 rounds to drop a target, third, it has very low stability, and last of all, it is a heavy gun. I personally believe that Timur's Lash should be a 2-headshot kill, with this setup, it would be the perfect counter to Thorn. I can consistently land 2-headshots on Thorn users, but it is 50-50 as to whether I can land the third headshot before the burn kills.
