I took all three of my characters to level 4 and my hunter to 5 this IB and I was killed with Timur's Lash exactly zero times so if it's OP, it's like the best kept secret ever.

I took all my characters to lvl 4 too, and I only saw some one using one once the whole time I played IB, and he didn't get very good scores with it.

It's amazing in a skilled hand, but I LOVE it for PvE
