It has the slowest base reload out of ever hand cannon in the game.
Like litterLy its 3-4 seconds.

How does reload have anything to do with impact? Reload may be a factor in tight situations, but with field scout, you can get a good three, maybe four kills per magazine, if you are precise of course.
