Timur's Lash needs a nerf

This gun is stupid, it has almost max impact. It dominates PvP, it needs to be balanced bungie I'm sick of getting murdered by it when I'm using an exotic gun like Suros. I don't want to go to heavy on nerfs and all I'm sick of pea shooters like everybody else, I think the best bet is to nerf reload speed.
This will make everybody happy since they still have a powerful gun but once they are out of ammo they have to wait like 45 seconds to reload and continue on a spree, giving other guns a chance when they are unable to defend themselves. What do you guys think?
[spoiler]Anybody who hasn't been tipped off by nerfing the RoF on the slowest shotgun in the game and adding an outlandish 45 second reload to an already meh gun needs to reevaluate what they are arguing about[/spoiler]

Just engage a Timur's Lash user at close range. It's good at mid-long range, but the slow rate of fire makes it harder for close range.

You're crazy; I'm pretty sure "high" RoF Hand Cannons fire off three shots in the time it takes the Timur's Lash to fire two to begin with,

I have lost count how many times I've been killed by thorn watching my health diminish whilst taking cover. We can't nerf every gun we are killed by. Jeez we would be running round with our dick in our hands ha ha. No jokes on your weapons guys please. Maybe you should have played IB and bought the Lash. I've not levelled mine up yet but can't wait to deal some pain back. Your thoughts

2 RepliesI have one and it's great. two shots to the head and it's a kill. but honestly, there are other guns that need a nerf more than Timurs lash. plus this gun is harder to handle then most, so it's rewarding people who can handle its recoil

No. It's not OP and doesn't 2-shot unless the opponent is hurt already. It's strong but it's slow which makes it lose often in a gun fight.

High impact but the trade off being a terrible rate of fire. If you're losing gunfights to Timurs Lash users consistently, those dudes are just better than you. To be honest I hardly see it used in the Crucible.

Stop crying people like you ruin crucible just play the game your obviously not good at crucible so just stop playing it it's not that OP the fire rate on it is slow so it's hard to get 3-4 shots out that fast

SUROS being an auto rifle, I think it needs to be buffed with the rest of its kin. Real unfortunate what happened to auto rifles there. :c

1 ReplyI'm curious to what other guns you lose to, because you using Suros in the first place, you probably do get wrecked by hand cannons. Suros isn't like it was before, so why still use it? Hand cannons rule the Crucible! And Red Death.
