Thats the exact setup I settled with for my PVE Timur's Lash. I was going to purchase a 2nd one to setup for a PVP roll, but I already have a perfect PVP handcannon with my Dead Orbit Venation III with Rangefinder, Send It, and Feeding Frenzy. Daaattttt range Do, it causes many rages about "HC's range is so OP". Nope most Handcannons have very limited range, but if you get a longrange one its amazing. If you can't get lucky with perks, just pick up Word of Crota and put on Hammer Forged, its a very suitable replacement for PVE. PVP not so much, the recoil isn't consistent.
