I picked 2 but this is not correct.
ARs were out of balance just looking at the class. The low ROF ARs vastly outclassed the other types. The the mid ROF ARs outclassed the high ROF ones.
The nerf was needed to address this.
Now, ARs in total are out of balance with other primaries. So a buff the is nneded.
