Yes, this is what I agree with. Bungie consistently has claimed to have nerfed Hand Cannons range to strictly Mid-Close ranged combat, yet you can still do 111 Damage with The Last Word on Blind Watch from across the map. Not that it particularly matters, if it didn't have it's amazing range it wouldn't be able to compete with Red Death and Bad JuJu. Thanks for the bump.
