Assuming this is where I would post this, if not I apologize in advance.
It seems one of my Ghost Fragment: Old Russia isn't populating for me. Not sure if it is known, but a cursory glance at the posts makes me think it's just me. Any info would be appreciated.

You are actually missing Ghost Fragment: Old Russia 2. There is a small bug in the Grimoire Section on Bungie.net, whereas both cards are shown as Ghost Fragment: Old Russia. You can find your missing dead ghost here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfCumVjmSt8
