I disagree here. If you gave two skilled people, you are always dead. I'd rather have rangefinder, perfect balance and luck in the chamber. I want this to be a 1v1 gun I am sure to win with, not a gun I can win. 2v1 playing bad people.
Plus it kills in three shots. If you are good enough to go two on one, you are good enough to not need 13 bullets.
