In what area of my body needs to be different in order for me to consider it to be perfect? Mostly throughout the day my hands are dry, which is aggravating when I have to always write. I suppose that's why lotion was invented. [spoiler]If only my body had a process to make my hands greasy...[/spoiler]

This is not about dryness, this is about grip. We have sweat to make our hands less agitated, but that doesn't mean we're perfectly designed. If you swear, your hands slip. That is why our bodies are evolving to better grip things.
