Being able to drink a new liquid is not really an example of evolution but an example of having the choice of drinking something other than the usual refreshments one finds enjoyable. (3) Someone observes that are brains are getting smaller, and we conclude that it is an example of evolution, even though the brain remains to be a brain, and not anything else.
