And your argument makes no sense they had to develop the DLC's after the launch from basically scrap they didn't really have a base

One of the guys on the reef reveal stream said that the footage captured and showed before the game release was from test versions of places that they wanted to flesh out. The content isn't locked and it's not on the Disc. They made a little version because they know where they want this game to go then they worked on it once the game was released
