You are actually missing Ghost Fragment: Old Russia 2. There is a small bug on the Grimoire section where both Old Russia 1 and 2 do not have a number. You can find the ghost here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfCumVjmSt8
As for "When will this problem be solved?", Siffow does not give out any dates for bug fixes.
