Ghost fragment: Old Russia will not unlock for me (the one you find under the stairs at the 'VIP room' in Cosmodrome). The same with the Mercury card, but this card I wont mention here, because you don't need to hear more about the cards listed under "known issues." above.
When will this problem be solved?

You are actually missing Ghost Fragment: Old Russia 2. There is a small bug on the Grimoire section where both Old Russia 1 and 2 do not have a number. You can find the ghost here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfCumVjmSt8 As for "When will this problem be solved?", Siffow does not give out any dates for bug fixes.
