Kings Watch has had enemies in it since the beta and it's coming out in a few weeks during May. Rasputin's Vault and Jovian Complex was empty during the beta and was populated with enemies in December. So what were you saying?

Having enemies in it doesn't equal ready to play. Most of these areas have been redeveloped as seen from the recent patch.
