Here is how it breaks down for the new stuff: Bounties and missions: Everyone Reputation gains/weapons/armor: Everyone Trials of Osiris: DLC customers 34 gear and upgrades: Everyone Crucible maps and playlists: DLC customers Prison of Elders: DLC customers Reef Access: Everyone So while i dont fully agree that DLC customers are not receiving everything exclusively i do agree that there is a bit of a shortchange here. For me i believe non dlc owners should not be able to upgrade gear or get to 34 simply because its unnecessary for them. They cannot get the PoE so they have no need for rank 34 or maxed weapons. The level cap should be set for whichever expansion, or none at all, that they last purchased.
