I glitched into the terminus and revived the dead ghost there and received ten points. I know I shouldn't be telling you this because of course I was glitching but I'm like 95% sure ghosts should only grant five pts.

That's not particularly true. Some ghosts reward 10 and some even 15. Most reward 5 though.
