I read the notes you left in the original post and while I have 2 gimoire cards that you suggest to avoid mentioning, there is a third whose ghost I have awoken, but I have not received grimoire credit (listed below).
- Ghost Fragment: Old Russia (not listed as a do-not-mention grimoire card in original, Destiny post above) ((apologies for double negatives). :))
- The other two cards not giving me credit (but advised not to mention):

Unfortunately, DestinyTracker.com lists "Ghost Fragment: Old Russia 2" as a second "Ghost Fragment: Old Russia", cuz [sarcasm alert] that's not confusing somehow????? Now all I'm missing are Mercury and Ghost Fragment: Old Russia 3 - just like everyone else. yaaay! Thanks! I'll wait for whatever patch fixes the missing ghosts and allows them to show up in my grimoire score.
