Fatebringer: Explosive Rounds or Field Scout?

Edit: I didn't realize so many people used the Single Point Sling, I regret not making it an option.

Don't have one, but in my scout rifle experience I get way fewer firefly explosions when I'm also using explosive rounds, as many have noted. The only time I prefer using explosive rounds on anything I have with them is for vex when it seems like explosive rounds get WAY more crits than any other enemy faction.
