Buy class-armor materials from vendors
So lately on a new character I have all my armors have all the bubbles unlocked... but I can't enable them because I have no Sapphire Wire / Plasteel / Hadronic Essence. It's a pain in the ass, and I know you guys will say to just do strikes or something but I don't like doing that because its boring. Could Bungie allow us to buy those materials from vendors?

And the problem with just doing strikes is everyone skips through all the enemies to get it done as quickly as possible while you're trying to kill every single enemy to maximize your engram drops.
