Most of it goes down to the psychological effects it has on you. It effects your short term memory big time and influences your empathy / understanding of the current situation. Depending on it, there is a chance that it can be harmful for your body too. Since I stopped 2 years ago I noticed that I started twitching. Not regular but once in a while. I am pretty sure something is -blam!-ed up with my nerve system since it just happens out of nothing. Plus your lungs -blam!- up since it's nothing different then smoking. (clogging your lungs with shit that's bit supposed to be there)

Well, I've never heard of anything like that. Maybe its just your body? If not i'll have to see what my brother says and how he feels. I suppose it makes sense, but I think it would be completely harmless if you only did it every once and a while.

  • It's not only me that's for certain, 3 of my friends that quit are experiencing the same spasms. But that does not have to count for everybody. It only started after we stopped, while we were smoking it was all fine. I have to say we were smoking alot though, usually 2 grams a day per person for years.
