The perks on the helm aren't so good you can't live without them. It won't change fist of havoc from being primarily a panic super to get a couple kills at a control point or end someone else's more powerful super. It's not worth using. Armamentarium is better anyways. Tlw is an absolute monster. Up close it hits like a shotgun, and far away it hits like thorn with a faster fire rate. And I feel less cheap using it than thorn because I'm not relying on burn damage. I don't want post mortem medals, I want to get the kill and stay alive. Tlw is perfect.
