I want to see house of wolves before I pass judgment and seeing how crota's end was a little lack luster, I'm OK with bungie taking there time so they can make a raid as good as Vault of glass. As for what was expected when most of us bought the season before the game came out, I had no expectations that it would come with a raid. Especially since they never promised all expansion came with a raid.

I take your point on board, man; No raid was promised with the up-coming DLC. But I feel that the content that will come with HoW will be sub-standard, not up-to-scratch. ToO and this Arena-based mode just bulk up an already fully functioning multiplayer mode. I do hope that Bungie isn't returning to their old ways; dumping the campaign as is and focusing on PvP.
