I just checked and you're right. He did three times. That must have been a downer, but he still had all his consumables and engram. But that's the thing in the end, his stock is RNG as far as we know, maybe even his location in the Tower. However, I, personally, doubt they'll make him go to the Reef.

True, but there might still be a possibility of a similarly important character ending up in the reef.
