So valus is broken now

He is super easy now more then ever easier then the devil walker, or sepiks. I did the strike on the roc playlist with a friend today and killed him in under 30 seconds 2 maxed hungers and a few shots of an LDR to the chest and he's down. This is really broken I used to like the challenge he gave me to kill him but this is just bad not even fun anymore to kill him just stupidly easy. This patch made Aksor the most "difficult " strike what with him teleporting next to you and stomping you into the ground.

    • They should not have reduced his health, it was the stupidest idea I have ever heard!!! I'm pretty sure the majority of people don't complain about his health but the fact that he shoots rockets every 5 seconds when he moves.... They should have made it so that his rockets are less frequent, that's a good update not this health business

    • I was literally shocked today at how easy he was. I emptied my 7 Gjallarhorn rockets into him and he lost a quarter health I turn and clear some enemies and the other guy in the strike somehow finished him off.

      Now this feels like déjà vu all over again. I made this point earlier today. The issue with the strike was never the difficulty, although that's what Bungie thought. It's the tediousness of it. Nerfing Valus made it feel even worse, I took him down with two blueberries (none of whom used heavy, I had my Gjallarhorn) on ROC before he could even make it halfway across the room (with few if any ads even so much as touching us). Bungie is just watering down the game, tailoring it to a lowest common denominator (I'm starting to feel like a broken record here) and removing any even remotely challenging thing from the game. It's pathetic.

    • There was no challenge when it came to him. He was just s tedious bullet sponge. The thing is, no matter what Bungie nerfs or buffs the strike will be tedious nonetheless. No thinking or strategy involved. Just a rinse and repeat game of whack-a-mole.

          • Got that strike back to back on ROC and it's sad to see the nerf he received. His damage goes down so fast that he doesn't even make it to the other side. He got halfway and his health dropped so fast he turned back around to his starting spot and died a shameless death. I didn't feel like I earned the 2 network keys his body dropped as he disintegrated. What a shame...

            • The point of roc strikes are to run as many as you can in a shortest amount of time to get more loot in less time, they aren't supposed to be challenging.

                  It was never long and it was never hard, only on nightfall with light switch was it a challenge. You can run through the entire strike only stopping in two places. And this is from a xmas noob.

                  • How is this a bad thing? Valus wasn't particularly hard to begin with, he just took forever. The whole point of lowering his health was to bring the playtime of the strike in line with the rest. If this means people won't quit from it in Roc now, I'm totally okay with that. In fact I welcome it.
