Who said you have to regrind your weapons? Maybe its a better system.

Lol.. I can only Dream that will happen.. What weapons don't you have to reGrind ever? None. IB every time you reroll a weapon you have to reup, and XUR you have to Reup also of you need to update too 331. Losing all faith in Bungie on this game, and I love this game.

Refilling gives it new perks so that makes sense. They said they messes up with the exotic upgrade system. Just wait until they reveal it on the 23rd.
