Ghost on earth is glitched. Can't get it doesn't show up.
Get ogre kills stopped progressing. It does not increase anymore. Stuck at 102 out of 125

Hey Tekn0z! The dead Ghost you mentioned is likely Ghost Fragment: Darkness 3. This ghost is currently bugged, as stated in the OP. About the Ogre kills. Only Ogres with red health bars do count towards the Grimoire. Major Ogres, those with yellow health bars named Hallowed Ogre, do not count. It is the same with Axis Hydras.

I see thanks. yeah, I was just hoping someone found a way to get the ghost somehow :D Want to have those 5 grimoire points LOL. Thanks for the info on the Ogres. I guess I should stop playing everything as "Heroic" :)
