It doesn't keep you awake but it doesn't help with getting a good rest. Instead of your body self repairing, it's breaking down food and shit. Apparently some people get nightmares when they eat before bed.
Well that's pretty damn wacky. I wonder if the nightmare involves the food you eat before bed. Like.. giant pieces of fried chicken chasing you down the road and shit. Cuz that would be pretty awesome.
