Another issue Ive had is this one card.
One ghost ive picked up read:
Ghost Fragment: The Buried City
But this has not showed up for me.
But when I check other players' grimoire they have all the cards for Mars and the one I listed above doesn't show for them. Instead the replacement grimoire card they have is-
Ghost Fragment: Meridian Bay
I have all the available to public dead ghosts so if you could make an effort to correct me on what I did wrong that would be amazing!
