I've completed Crota but don't have his card or Ascendant Sword. I did it on hard and not normal. Do I need to complete it on normal or be the swordbearer to get them? Other than those I just need raid completions and 4 exotics. Currently at 2900.

Edited by Le Faro: 4/15/2015 8:21:05 PMThe ascendant sword card drops when you first pick up any sword in the raid, this includes swords from the bridge section, took me a few runs to get mine because so many teams just cheese this part. As for the Crota card, I do not know exactly what causes it to drop but try smashing crota's face in with a sword :p not only might it get you a card but its a lot of fun too

I received my Crota and ascended grimoire card on normal. I never was the sword bearer when I received the sword card. You should give normal a shot, and try to get the special/heavy raid weapons! You can't get those weapons on hard from Crota. : (
