Hi i am a noob when it comes to Halo lore, but i have played Halo 4 and know a little, but i was wondering why everybody hates UNSC and ONI so much? And who is Sarah Palmer? Sorry if i am a dumb, but if you know it, an answer would be much appreciated.

Most people are fine with the UNSC. ONI is the one people have problems with. The reason being is that lately, in an effort to secure humanity's safety and continued survival in the post-war era, they have done things that put them at odds with fan-favorite factions and characters. Sarah Palmer is a SPARTAN-IV. She is commander of the Spartans aboard the UNSC Infinity.
