I'd act as casual, and useful as possible. Because, in that moment in a real-life situation you aren't going to say "Whats up bro?" or such. You'd stutter, act nervous am I right?
I'd nervously say "want to play video games?..." Or something.

Great plan, that may confuse them. A hostile reaction isn't always the best course of action.

Yea, then you strike... And either kill, or jail. But jail isn't always the safest because, eventually they will come out... And this yahoo answer states that if this man isn't of harm but trespassing he could just do parol or something I just skimmed the website...
