I have noticed that you only have only found 4 Dead Ghosts. The 'Jupiter' and 'Saturn' Grimoire cards are unlocked when you pick up certain dead ghosts.
The 'Mercury' Grimoire card is currently unobtainable to everyone. There is no way to get it right now.
