please answer this
why do we always get shards and energies from the nightfall?! if anything they should be the new energies and shards not ascendent it's really annoying because you do the hard nightfall and what do you get a pile of crap. but please answer me why this is!
edit1) guys I'm not new to the game I know the loot system is rng just why did they put those in the loot table for the nightfall

Hi, believe it or not, Nightfall rewards are also RNG-Based. Sometimes expected rewards are not always gauranteed. Also, you are not the only one going through this, I assure you. Others are pushing their way through the darkness undiminished, as well and are only getting ascendant shards, energy, coins or even motes of light.

It's just part of the nightfalls loot table, sorry hopefully you have better luck in the future.

2 RepliesIt's random, I guess you're currently just having a streak of bad luck. I'm actually on a streak of good luck, as my last two Nightfalls have yielded in an ATS/8 Arachnid helmet and an Ice Breaker. Again, it is completely random.
