Oh dear, someone's posterior is in quite a bit of discomfort by the sounds of it. You should look up the definition of the word "fact"... What you describe above is hearsay. Precision damage with a fully upgraded TLW is identical whether firing from the hip or ADS. The exotic perk for TLW makes it so hip-firing is more accurate.. It does not affect damage. That is a fact.. You are a crybaby.... That is also a fact
