The gun you should probably be using is fang. To start, oversoul counts as a major, so the CE raid weapons do bonus damage. Except black hammer, since the perk was removed so white nail would work correctly. On the middle strategy I think the oversoul is past the drop off for some of the other raid primaries. So fang should be doing the most damage consistently of the raid primaries. I fire whatever rounds are left in my sniper mag, switch to fang and fire away.
