Still Glitched after 1.1.1 Update on 02/25/2015
Ghost Fragment: Darkness 3
Raids Introduction - Previous Crota's End is not being counted toward the total (at least on mine) despite patch notes saying otherwise.
Queen's Emissary - I participated in the Queen's event when it was offered way back but this never unlocked (see my Warlock).
